    Haunted History of Prague.

    • Ghosts & Legends of Old Town
Explore a darker side of Prague as we walk away from the Old Town Square. The lantern leads us down narrow lanes, twisting corridors, and dark alleys. These ancient structures, haunted churches and legendary theatres have birthed many of Hollywood’s monsters.

    • Haunted History of Bridge
We learn about mythical Templar Knights guarding the secret of Holy Grail, alchemists and "Philosopher’s Stone”, the signs on the Old Town Bridge Tower, St. John of Nepomuk’s martyrdom, two tailed lion the symbol of Bohemia, and much more.. Bring your cameras and your courage and experience the Charles Bridge and its surrounding lanes.

    • Prague Castle after Dark
As the twilight descends and the crowds thin the lantern illuminates our journey from the Old Town Square through the streets rich in history, architecture, and legends. Daywalkers stuff the travellers into hot crowds, commotion, cattle-runs, and long lines. The Castle is empty in the evenings and we won‘t bother with standing like commoners. Kings and Queens enjoyed these areas in their tranquility. We will dine in Monastery where monks cooked and brewed beer for the King. We will stroll at leisure through the Palace, Golden Lane, the Castle Prison, King’s Vineyard and and other ancient enchanting landmarks.

    • Castle Vysehrad & Underground

According to some legends the formation of Prague began within these castle ruins. Legends are associated with Princess Libuse who predicted the glory of this city.

We begin a leisurely walk towards the ramparts to enjoy breathtaking views from the cliff, and discuss legends along with historical facts as we stroll futher. We visit the actual locations of Horymír’s escape and the pillar brought to Vysehrad by the Devil himself. We walk around Vysehrad Cemetery containing the remains of famous people in Czech history and see the interior of Saint Peter and Paul‘s Cathedral.

We top the day with an exploration of the casemates, the passages allowing military to move in secret, and an underground hall "Gorlice” housing the original statues from the Charles Bridge.

    • Haunted Pubs Walk
We have selected some unusual spots off the beaten path! Hidden basement bars, executioner's lounge, twisted clubs and haunted pubs. Groups, couples, or just traveling alone, all can enjoy this exciting experience of making new friends and seeing double. Entertainment is the objective, although we enjoy answering your questions, our focus is to stimulate you with culture.
